About Caitlin

Caitlin Fogarty is a freelance character animator and storyboard artist from Long Island. She comes from a family with a range of artistic backgrounds from actors to musicians. Caitlin has found her voice through animation. Her love for telling stories and creating characters is what inspired her to take on this unique path. 

As a child, she was hooked on the classic Disney movies and eventually began doodling and "re-enacting" her own ideas and creations. She went on to take private art lessons during grade school and was later fortunate enough to find a beginner Flash animation class at Suffolk Community College. 

In 2010, she transferred to the School of Visual Arts and graduated with a BFA in Animation in 2014. During her final year, she interned with Augenblick Studios where she later returned to begin her career as a professional animator.
